So.... for Andy's birthday we always cook the Laurie MO Hillbilly BBQ Contest. We usually have a potluck and we cook the main course.

We have done Pan Fried Chicken, Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloins, Shrimp Boil, & Pan Fried Pork Chops.

What should we do this year??? We need suggestions!

I was thinking a prime rib.... but then I started thinking about the Teres Major. Thoughts for that as a main dish?
