I'm debating on what to throw on my new Mak this weekend. I did baby back ribs last weekend and chicken and they were both phenomenal. I'm doing something a little different as we speak. I'm cooking a beef round tip roast just to see how it comes out (will probably be used for sandwiches). I'm just looking for ideas of what to cook this weekend. Might do some big beef ribs but not sure. So who's doing what?
