2nd attempt at ribs on 390

I'm starting to learn 390's personality finally.
Here's a couple quick shots of the ribs that came out better than I've put out to date. These were outstanding!
Got a kiss from the wife for these!

They weren't completely fall off the bone, just a slight tug was needed.
Smoked em with oak for 1.5 hours then cooked an hour on 225. Foiled another hour at 225 then sauced up for 45 minutes.

Very nice. Seems like keeping a good set of cooking notes seems to be essential.

I didn't take notes when I started smoking and I didn't always get the results I wanted on repeat smokes. Now I take notes on every smoke I do no matter how many times I've done it before. It helps me alot.

nice ribs partner. i wished i took notes. the old memory isn't what it use to be. waiting for jim to make a bbq log for macs. then i will.
