I'm starting to learn 390's personality finally.
Here's a couple quick shots of the ribs that came out better than I've put out to date. These were outstanding!
Got a kiss from the wife for these!
They weren't completely fall off the bone, just a slight tug was needed.
Smoked em with oak for 1.5 hours then cooked an hour on 225. Foiled another hour at 225 then sauced up for 45 minutes.
