9 Hours on the GMG Jim Bowie, Home made butt rub, no injection, plenty of juice, came out awesome, tons of flavor! How does it look?

This time I purchased a 6 pound boston butt, rubbed it with yellow mustard, and my home made pork rub, or you can use a commercial store bought, there is tons of free recipes on the net for rubs, wrap it in plastic wrap, place in fridge over night. In the morning let sit a room temp for 30 mins to hr, place on your pit, smoke at 225 I did mine till 165 internal temp, placed it in a aluminum pan with 3/4 cup of apple juice and finished at 195. Also spraying every hour with apple juice and worcestershire sauce until you place it in the pan then your good.
