A Little Pasta Dish w/Help From the Memphis Pro

Started the sauce off with an onion and a few cloves of garlic sautéed in some butter EVOO...

I got the sauce simmering, this is a somewhat homemade sauce..PM if you would like the recipe...

On to the meatballs, I don't eat beef so I usually use a mixture of ground pork and turkey. These have some Italian parsley, garlic, romano/asiago cheese, and a couple other things mixed in as well.
Now for some smoke on the Memphis Pro..
Here is the finished plate with some fresh picked basil!
