Here's today's lunch.

Bacon with a dusting of LLWBP

In the middle of cooking the bacon the power goes out! Damn! I fired up the gasser..gotta keep a close eye on it because this thing will turn a pound of bacon to dust in no time! Yeah I've done it before..

After I cut some bread I cut out some bread..I don't need to eat all that bread.
I buttered it slightly and toasted it.

Next I made a spread with miracle whip and green habanero sauce.

Layer of spinach and tomato

Time
For the jalapeños..got to get enough on there to get some in every bite! We ain't playin !!

Now for the bacon..layered it on!

Top bread with more habanero spread.

Voila!

Now that was a tasty sandwich!!

The wife better hurry and get home or im eating her half of the bacon too!

Just saying that rolls off the tongue so nicely. Now, if it were only the sandwich and not just the name...



Those "El Yucateco" Habanero sauces are some good stuff (both the Red & the Green).

Does the sweetness of the miracle whip make the spread better than mixing it with straight mayo? Have you tried it both ways?

I haven't tried it both ways all I had on hand was the miracle whip. It was good though!
