Been hectic getting ready for the holidays so last night i was looking for something fresh and quick to feed the troops. Decided to give a little stir fry a whirl on the MAK.
Started with a skirt steak
Into the Marinade express with some Soy Vay Wasabi teriyaki for a half hour
Got some veggies together (mushrooms, peas, carrots, cabbage, celery, and broccoli)
Made the sauce (beef broth, corn starch, rice vinegar, and teriyaki sauce)
Toss a little sesame oil into the MAK griddle
Add the veggies along with the meat ( this is where the full size flame zone come in handy)
Stir fry the veggies for about 5 minutes and then add the sauce, cook until thickened
Meat is done
Slice thin across the grain
Serve with some fresh Japanese noodles
This came out great, loved the simplicity and freshness of it and doing it on the MAK made it perfect!
