OMG! That looks fantastic! Green Egg? What temp and how long? Buffalo looks like a lean meat, no? I had grease fire last time I tried (Beef) burgers on my MAK.

Thanks! Yep we have a couple BGE's, but have a Yoder YS640 that we use also. These were done at 300º, didn't time it but I would say for a couple of beers worth in time! The BGE has a plate setter (heat deflector) so they were cooked indirect so very little chance of a grease fire, that and buffalo burger is much more lean compared to hamburger.
