More cooking on new flame zone

Some strip loin steaks. rub a little oil on then and sprinkle with Big Poppa Double secret steak rub. Cooked with grill set at 350º.

That looks pretty slick. I tried my flame zone for the first time just last weekend, and it worked pretty good for a steak. Burgers still get the trusty charcoal treatment though.
