Next up, throw everything in a pot with some water and chicken/tomato base...
Some boneless thighs catching some smoke on the Memphis Pro...
Money shot! Finished off with a little fresh cilantro and lime juice...

Even though I typically think of soup as cold weather comfort food, I have to say... I want a bowl of that soup... NOW!!!

This is probably one of my favorite meals. I smoke the whole chicken and the use the bones to make the stock. Very nice.
