OK Here is a recipe that Chris cooked for all of us at my house last year and my wife wanted it tonight. It is a great and super easy recipe
Preheat the MAK to 425
Season both sides of eight boneless chicken breasts ( I prefer skin on boneless but these are skinless which makes everybody happy) with Little Louies Seasoned Garlic Salt with Pepper.
In a separate pan (can be disposable) melt 3 cubes of butter
Add the chicken to the direct side and sear for three minutes
Chop 1/2 cup fresh basil and reserve
Flip the chicken add the basil and then baste and cook for about 4 minutes
Put in butter Basil mix and cook to an internal of 160-170 depending on your preference
Put over a bed of rice and serve
Like I said it is easy and treally tasty.
