Big Poppa and my sister brought two ginormous Wagyu beef sirloins. We had eighteen people to feed in the family.
Check out the even cooking all the way through. It was carved with a wonderful knife Poppa gave me for Christmas, a Global. The beef was AMAZING. Folks, he does know what he's doing.
And *drum roll* here's Big Poppa's special double secret super incredible rub. He won't even tell ME what's in it! But he left it behind and being a clever and devious person I can reveal that at this moment--highly trained scientists at an undisclosed lab are hard a work identifying each and every ingredient. When I have their report the results will of course be available for sale.
It won't be cheap.
For dessert, here's Jimsbarbeque's wifes yummy Maple cream cheese bundt cake with carmel glaze. It was fabulous and thanks to Jim for the recipe
