dogs need love too.
was at the store and found these.
i always make pork ribs. thought i would make beef ribs for the dogs. wife wants me committed. whatever.... threw down a little bovine bold.
onto #336 at 275º
raining like cats and dogs here. cold too. must be time for a FT.
just off the grill after a 4 hour cook.
all cooled off. it was real cold last night so i just left them outside for awhile to cool off the bones.
