Finally some Q time

Been so busy with work and kids haven't had any smoking time :(
Finally did a small slab of beef ribs and a small pork roast.
Ribs were fantastic, a honey bourbon with a squirt of Sriracha mop. Super tender and tasty. Smoked the roast to 200 degrees and rested for an hour. Pulled and have been eating it all week, very good.
