First cook on Mak 1

What do you all think my wife and I should cook first on our new Mak 1?.

Pork butt. Very forgiving. As close to foolproof as BBQ meat gets and tastes awesome!

I'd recommend doing some pig candy first, followed by the spatchcock chicken, and then the pork butt. The cook times increase with each one, so this way you get to sample some of your cooking sooner.
