Picked up some fresh ground beef from our local grocery store (ground fresh in house every day). Mixed in a little salt and pepper, horseradish, and worster.
Fried up some bacon and added it on
Added some blue cheese to the party
Sandiched between patties (why not 'eh?)
A little rub and love thrown in for good measure
Onto the smoker at 225* for 2 hours.
Pulled when the internal temp reached 160*
Onto a fresh ciabatta bun with mustard, mayo, ketchup, fresh tomato from the in-laws garden, and a few pickle slices.
All in all, a very, very tasty first attempt. Can't wait to make them again.
