Since the briskets were smoked in my MAK i can post the paper wrapped PR36 Brisket.

Here ya go.

As it turned out I wouldn't have made it even if I didn't have to work. Our little Jack Russel, Lucy, was attacked Monday evening by another dog. So we've been tied to the house taking care of her. Its been a very tiring stressful week.
