Personaly I like vinegar based slaw better with pulled pork. It cuts through the fat in the pork. Just google north carolina slaw and you will see all you need.
The best you will ever taste!!1 A buddy gave it to me. No clue where it came from.

Description / Cook's Notes:
Instructions:
In a bowl combine the mayonnaise, mustard, sugar, vinegar, buttermilk, celery seeds, salt, pepper, and cayenne. Whisk well to dissolve the sugar.
In a large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Toss with the dressing until evenly coated. Adjust seasoning to taste. Place in the refrigerator covered to chill slightly before serving.
Ok, here is my very simple recipe, but everyone loves it.
Either buy a bag of chopped cabbage and carrots, or do it yourself. Slaw dressing: equal parts of mayo, sugar and apple cider vinegar. Mix until the mayo is smooth and the sugar is dissolved, pour over the slaw, and sprinkle with celery seed. I told you it was easy!
