I use meathead's Classic Deli Slaw With Sour Cream and Mayo with great results. My friends are addicted.

Personaly I like vinegar based slaw better with pulled pork. It cuts through the fat in the pork. Just google north carolina slaw and you will see all you need.

Ok, here is my very simple recipe, but everyone loves it.

Either buy a bag of chopped cabbage and carrots, or do it yourself. Slaw dressing: equal parts of mayo, sugar and apple cider vinegar. Mix until the mayo is smooth and the sugar is dissolved, pour over the slaw, and sprinkle with celery seed. I told you it was easy!

Here's my favorite slaw recipe:

8 cups finely diced cabbage (about 1 head)
1/4 cup diced carrot
2 tablespoons minced onions
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup buttermilk
1 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar
2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice

There's a lot of calories in that sauce, but dang if it isn't good. I think I originally got it as a "Top Secret KFC" slaw recipe.
