Great price on Vac Sealer Bags

If, like me, you have a regular vacuum sealer and don't have a budget for a chamber sealer, then you might be interested in this.

Regular vacuum sealer bags can get pricey (75¢ - 85¢ per bag). To keep costs down we'd been using mainly rolls, but that requires sealing two edges which translates to extra work, not to mention wear & tear on the sealer.

I was pricing chamber sealers to see if I could justify the cost when I stumbled across Weston vacuum sealer bags in bulk at very good prices.

At less than 20¢ per bag, you bet I ordered some (two sizes - 8" x 10" & 6" X 10")!

Agreed Tent and they seal very well and stay sealed. Try their zipper bags as well, very handy.

About every 2 to 3 years we stock up when foodsaver has their big sale around thanksgiving - we get the 22ft rolls for about $3.50 to $4 for the 8" and 11" rolls. We will be in the market for a new foodsaver too soon. We had a couple of ours giving us a hard time this weekend. We have one sealer that stop vacuuming a couple of years ago so we use that strictly for sealing the one end off the rolls.
