My name is Karl
I have enjoyed smokin for quite a few years using a little chief smoker and next the big chief. I like making summer sausage and smoking cheese. Smoking up fish when i am lucky enough to get some. I grew up in SE Alaska and have been around people Smoking Venison, fish, etc. Can never get enough.
Drove truck coast to coast for a while and now do to Disabality stay mostly home. Have some pot belly pigs. (Yep) i butcher them for sausage. Have some Horses (Nope) dont butcher them. The boss would not allow it.:mad:
Just started using pellets for smoken. I use a French bread loaf pan and the pellets burn like a fuse and give of a great gentle smoke. TBS??
Shure did make it easy to smoke cheese without any heat.
