I picked up my mak 2 star on 11-22-11 and have had blast. I have done 4 cooks on it so far and very pleased. I did butt chicken,primerib,beef spares and a 12# brisket. Sunday i will be trying sparky`s ribs. I am hooked on pelletsmoking......built STICK burner about year ago think it will be very lonely........see ya later
