Just bought some Hormel "St. Louis" Style Ribs on sale at Target, they are pretty much trimmed. $1.99 a pound.. my first try with these. I think a pretty good price. Thanks Tent for the tutorial.. and thanks BP for the "toothpick" test. Barry
They may have had a saline solution added so be mindful of the possibility you may need to compensate for the added salt by using a rub with less salt in it.
