It didn't take long for my conversations with Deb to go from puppies to cooking. I'd never heard of pellets. Then I had to visit to see the Traeger and left with samples. Now my Weber and I are having way too much fun.

I had been eyeballing them for a couple of years at the local store next to one of my favorites (harbor Freight). Had a friend from AZ come over for a week, and I figured what the heck...That was 2 or 3 years ago. I wish sometimes that I had bought a bigger grill area, but since most of the time it's just me and the missus it's big enough. It holds two full racks of ribs and that's more than we can eat at one time. FIRST cook the day I bought it was 10 lbs. of country style pork ribs. Used a store bought rub and cooked 'em for about 6 hours @ 225. fall apart good and the rest is history!!!
