How many of you also cook on Charcoal?

I have the 26.75 inch Weber. It works real well for sides as it will hold a full size pan or 2 half pans. Good for cooking for a crowd. I might a half pan of beans and a half pan of potatoes, getting it all done at the same time on indirect heat.

However, the meat still goes on the Traeger.

I use a Big Green Egg and so far its my number one unit--- I have only tried one pellet grill and it showed me the pellet grill potential but was not consistant--- I will buy a different pellet grill sometime some as I do see the many advantages it can have over my Big Green Egg

The winter came early to Chicago and at 10 to 15 degrees and lots of wind I may wait till early spring Eli

Started out cooking on a Webber Kettle and there are times where I miss firing up the charcoal, just something about the simplicity. Been thinking about a second cooker and been lookin at a couple of the Meadow Creeks and it's got my gears turning...........
