I've burnt EVERYONE out on BBQ. Family get-together 1st question "you're not cooking BBQ, are you?" Co-workers aren't interested in contest leftovers anymore. Last 2 family meals were a ham, reheated and glazed with Texas Pepper Jelly Habanero Pineapple. Christmas dinner was a 4 bone prime rib. Cooked whole, but I separated the "eye" from the ribs so I could season behind there (with Big Poppa's Steak), then tied it back together. Seared on the BGE with wine soaked oak, finished off in the oven and it sure made the house smell great. Tasted pretty great too.
