I put these on at 3:00 am when I got home from work. Using Apple I smoked them for 2.5 hours then raised temp to 245, they got to 165 around noon today. I foiled them in aluminum pans for the final ride to 195. They've been at 175 now for an hour.. Looks like a marathon hehehe. I gotta tell ya..my block smells good! I already had one guy peaking over the fence.
