Mak Default temp

Is there a way to change the Mak default temp from smoke to 225? If the power flickers in my house, the pellet boss resets to smoke. This is fine if I am awake and keeping an eye on the smoker, but a problem if it happens at night or while I am out running errands.

No, but if you have a short power flicker the controller will alarm for a short time to let you know of the power failure.

This is a good idea as it would keep your program cook going too. Look for one with AVR auto voltage reg.
