Steak Tacos

Was going to go with skirt steak but saw this.

Was a buck cheaper than skirt and had some great fat and grain.

Marinate with some spice

Grill some onions

Then the steak

Steaks done

Let’s slice and plate. Add some onion

Then add some Quac, Cheese, Cilantro, Sour cream and Lettuce. Yea let’s add some grilled corn and refrieds.

Very interesting cut. I don't think I've ever seen that one. It looks a lot like flank steak.

Now plate me up a couple of them tacos. They look superb! Oh yeah extra grill onions on mine please.

Not as tender as skirt, but more taste than flank. Just chopped some up for steak nachos and loved it. Would buy again.
