Ok I used the Backwoods chubby..love the water pan for briskets.... could lie and say I used pellets but I used a lump of apple

Acouple of secrets before its closed up...Ill tell you one of them...The new rub 8th wonder is so good I have a fine grind of it similar to gunpowder...called FINAL FINAL
I have hit it lightly with this for the foil party

wow oh wow. slice that baby up and put some on a sandwich for me. heh, i got my order yesterday. there was no 8th wonder rub in it. when can the common folks get some? nice brisket partner. love the color.

Totally off topic, but how many times did you have to refuel the Chubby?

My buddy has one, but we've only done chicken in it..

I still have some apple & hickory chunks I use now and then with charcoal. I enjoy keeping the "old School" skills alive now & then!

That brisket is looking very good!
