I am really enjoying using different rub combos to help create my basic flavor profile
I have been using a lot of Butchers Honey and the Smokin Guns Hot stuff. I used Plowboys the Jerk and Yardbird together lately.
I like to use my big poppa double secret beef rub and then one of the bbq style for briskets and tri tips...like one of the slabs or Bovine bold.
Any of you experiment with rub combos?
