Sorry hank, just surprised the photo upload worked.
Trimmed hard fat, injected with Kosmos Brisket injection from BP, rub was Black Ops brisket rub,9 hrs at 190 until 165. Then foiled w/a little
beef broth and turn up to 265. After 3 1/2 hrs and probe went in like butter, removed and rested for 1 hrs wrapped in towels, no cooler.
Turne out great to my surprise since being my 1st. Lots of help from the people on the forum, thanks.
