Hello all. I am new to to pellet smoking having received a MAK 2 Star General from my wife when we moved into a new home, this past June. So far, I am loving the MAK!

No way, she did all the work on the winning entry, she gets to reap the rewards!! Just spend the $25 on the rubs and sauces you want and tell him it is his present, he won't know the difference...he, he, he....

Thanks for the welcome guys and gals. I am pretty lucky with the wife! I met her in 2003 at Bly Gap 70 miles into the Appalachian Trail. We hiked the remaining 2100ish miles together and have been pretty much side by side since!
