Had my first burn in and seasoning of the Yoder today. Tomorrow, after a fresh look at YouTube, I will try some pork ribs. The meat thermometer I ordered (late) has not arrived yet but I just cannot wait to try smoking something. The unit makes me look like I know what I am doing anyway. Trial and hopefully little error, here we go!
