Hey everyone,
I have been smoking for 7 months now with my traeger. I spent a lot of time lurking on the board and thought it was time to participate. I am spoiled here in St. Louis with Pappy's Smokehouse and Bogart's Smokehouse so close. My goal is to create a rack of Ribs better than those.

Welcome from 7000 ft. I've had a Traeger for 7 years, and have a new Yoder in the garage waiting to take the Traeger's place on my patio. Questions are welcome. Lots of good "tippers" on this site (good at giving tips, not money ).
