Hello everyone - I am Smitty, pitmaster for Loot N' Booty BBQ from Scottsdale, AZ. I have been competing since late 2009 but just recently switched from WSMs to a FEC 100. I'm still learning the FEC and looking to pick up some pointers on pellet smoking. I look forward to meeting you all on the comp trail!
