My name is Tim O'Reilly and I am a pellet smoker

I have been a pellet smoker for 8 years and I am continually leaning new things about my smoker. I bought a treager and it has been like the energizer bunny it just keeps going. I have upgraded to a digital controller and that has enabled me to do and learn a lot about the BBQ and what you can do with it.
