My New Grill Grates from Big Poppa's just arrived!

Hello, I just thought a quick picture and a big Thank You to Big Poppa's Smokers for such a s fast delivery I can't wait to try them out. I already completed the first of many stages of seasoning these new toys.

Traeger Texas Grill

i wouldn't fill the whole traeger up w/ grill grates. your pit won't breath.

There is about 1.5 in on both sides and about 1/2 in clearance along the front, would this not allow for sufficient air flow or would removing one be better? I just noticed on some of the other grills they were edge to edge?

other grills. where they pellet grills or charcoal? from your picture you have 6 grill grates put together. take the ends ones off. use only 4. more better for the pit. breathing room.

They were charcoal and gas where they were end to end.

if you make it the same size as your drip pan you will be ok.
