Another change up I that I serve to my non BBQ guests..... MOINKS, Just go to Costo or your favorite warehouse club and buy a bag of precooked PLAIN meatballs. I prefer the plain over the Italian seasonsed. Wrap them with 1/3 or 1/2 slice of THIN bacon, toothpick and cook until bacon is done. MOINK = MOO, meatballs and OINK bacon.... but it spells AWESOME !! I am sorry I have never taken pics of mine.. I will soon.....
