After a little over one month with the Mak 2, I don.t think I will ever go to a local bbq joint again. Its just to easy to make great Q. 1 butt , 2 racks bb ribs, chicken and pork loin I am sold on this bad boy. Got a packer brisket ageing in the frig for a cook later this month. Ya gotta get one of these. Idiot proof.

Just read some of the posts here for great cooks. While I have been cooking for 30 years, my wife has cooked twice in 23 years and one of those was a tuna fish cassarole, I am a newbe when it comes to pellet smoking. BTW if my wife reads this I love you hon!. The info here will guide you well. Sparky and Tent are 2 Of many who will give you great advice. Good luck!

Yeah I've been watching BP's videos for years. His recipes are some of my favorites (gotta love that spatchcock chicken). I'm enjoying all these other "Chefs" now too.
