After a little over one month with the Mak 2, I don.t think I will ever go to a local bbq joint again. Its just to easy to make great Q. 1 butt , 2 racks bb ribs, chicken and pork loin I am sold on this bad boy. Got a packer brisket ageing in the frig for a cook later this month. Ya gotta get one of these. Idiot proof.
