New and looking to start pellet smoking

Hi I'm TMB (Tommy) and I have been cooking outdoors for sometime but the more I look into pellet smokers the better there sounding. I don't own one yet but looking to add one very soon.

To date I own 12 cookers most of them infrared cookers by Char-Broil and I am the Guest Chef for their Big Easy oil-less turkey fryer. I do things with tha cooker that Char-Broil never thought of.

I will be lurking around for a while before I get one but when I do I hope to become a regular poster here.
