Rainy Day here in SLC the first of our Fall weather. We got in some new championship sauces and haven't got a chance to try them out on BB ribs. Head Country, Blues Hog and Blues Hog Honey BBQ. A little rub down, add a nice coating of sauce, and fire up the Remoteboss (like I said it's raining). BBQR's delight hickory/apple blend pellets, smoked them for 4 hours, half of which was foiled, a apple juice spritz now and then, and a little FL to finish them off. Wow bad weather tool I couldn't do without, my snowblower and my Remoteboss. Smoking by the seat of your pants. Loved the Honey Mustard sauce, but thought the Blues Hog Original sauce was out of sight. Tasty ribs bite tender, some of my best.
