Hey Art
First off TYVM for the elk.
I put 2 packs through the med plate today.
Ran out of brisket trim so i ground up some pork butt through the fine plate.
Going to cut 1lb 6oz of pork into the elk, mix tonight and stuff tomorrow.
Might as well grind all the butt and bag for next time.
