I boil for about 30 minutes, let them cool cut them in half, remove the choke and then onto the grill running high temp for about 8 minutes a side. They come out great on grill grates or over the flame zone on a MAK.

I do the same as CarterQ but I marinate them for 2-4 hours before I throw them on....I normally just cook them with whatever I have on...Steak on high or Ribs on low, they are great either way..

This does vary for me. potates with onions, potato salad, coleslaw, macaroni salad, as for a dessert this will depend on the weather outside, homemade ice cream in summer, a fruit crisp or cobbler in winter.
