you doing with your leftovers? I have a couple lbs of prime rib that I need to do something with.

Last year I did this...

prime rib, horseradish sauce, onions, cheese on an herbed pie crust

after about 10 minutes in the pellet grill

done

plated with more horseradish cream sauce

I'm trying to figure out what to do today..........
