you doing with your leftovers? I have a couple lbs of prime rib that I need to do something with.

Last year I did this...

prime rib, horseradish sauce, onions, cheese on an herbed pie crust

Looks great Deb! Right now we have Ham & Bean soup brewing in the crockpot from yesterday's ham.
