Here is a neat way to smoke a bunch of taters for a loarge crowd
Heat the smoker to 400
slice the taters and dust with your favorite seasoning...I used cajun....then drizzle a cube of melted butter and put in the smoker for at least an hour.....
this is the first cook on my newest MAK One Star
served with a block of Certified Angus Prime New York and spinach salad
fed 12 golfers.....member guest party
