Spare Ribs for me!

Ribs look great! Would love to hear how you achieved those great results (temp, time, rub, sauce, foil / no foil, etc).

My cooker is a Fast Eddy clone from Englander Stove Works. I cooked at 225 for the first 4 hours and bumped it to 300 for the last hour. Rub is Eat BBQ sweet and the sauce that goes on the last 30 minutes is my go to blues hog. No foil, just left them on the indirect side.

Pretty ribs there!
As soon as I think I've mastered ribs and got it all figured out I end up trying something different the next time.
