There is no one favorite. It depends on what i'm cooking. Different meats need different rubs. Examples? Pork butts...Bad Byrons Butt Rub. Beef depending on the cut BP's. Jalleluja, money or happy endings. Fish? Dizzy Pig Tsunami Spin. The combos are endless. You just need to try different rubs and find out whats best for you. It's not the destination it's the trip. I just put the bacon jalapeno jallelujah rub on a couple 8lb butts that were slathered in molasses for a overnight smoke on the Memphis.

I gave that rub a finger taste and it had quite a kick to it! I like it!
