Wanted steak and shrimp, and decided to shop BPTV to find my side. Initially wanted Jalapeno, cheddar scalloped potatoes, but started too late and the time line didn't work. So baked the potatoes and searched for something else. Found the foil pouch cauliflower recipe, just left off the mushrooms because I didn't have any on hand. Here we go.
Baked potatoes rubbed with EVOO and salt, and on the MAK 2 Star at 325°F:
Chopped up the cauliflower, red bell pepper, onion and added butter, balsamic glaze, and BPS Desert Gold:
Cut a couple of large rib eyes in half and seasoned with EVOO and BPS Double Secret:
Seasoned some large shrimp with EVOO and BPS Desert Gold:
Steaks on the grill grates while the baked potatoes and cauliflower cook on the side opposite the flame zone:
Cauliflower done:
Shrimp added to the MAK:
Steaks done and resting:
Shrimp done:
All plated up:
