Ok Being a dealer I got a set of the griddle and searing grate right after a customer....hahahah
Decided to defrost the last two Strube Steaks....tears are flowing....one little sirloin base ball and one Ribeye.
I wanted top show that I could cook the thick steak and the thin steak at the same time and not overcook the thin steak.
Seasoned them with just Little Louies with Black Pepper...and put them on the One Star at 250
When the skinny steak hit 125 I pulled both of them and rested while I cranked up the One Star
Seared them for 2.5 minutes and then flipped...left the baseball cut on for an extra minute

Sliced and ate! This griddle makes the One Star a lethal Steak Machine
